I received an email about a promotion, but the discount isn't applied. What can I do?

Every e-mail with a special offer contains the button "Apply discount".
Important: You can only apply the discount if you click on the button "Apply discount". You will then be taken directly to the payment page and will see the price and discount.

To enter the discount, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to Putzperle.de 
2. Go to your email inbox and click on "Rabatt einlösen" in the email you received from us. This will take you directly to the payment page in your user account on Putzperle.de. Now all prices should be visible, discount included.
3. Click on the discounted price plan of your choice.
4. Choose your payment method and complete the payment.
