Why was my profile rejected?

During the creation of the profile and in our general terms and conditions, we specify what may and may not be included in a profile. Profiles that violate our rules will be rejected. If your profile is rejected, you will receive an e-mail with the exact reason for rejection and instructions on how to adjust your profile so that it can be activated. Please adapt your profile and we're happy to activate it again.

Example: Profiles must not include contact details such as telephone number, e-mail address, Facebook page, links etc. Profiles that nevertheless contain this information will be rejected.
